Meet the Owner
My name is Grace, and I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I have been practicing since 2016 and have worked in a range of settings with children, teenagers, adults and families. I value transparency, sharing knowledge, collaboration, humour, integrity, respect, compassion and social justice. I strive to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental space so coming to me feels like coming to have a chat whilst doing the work to live your best life and let go of things that no longer serve you. My passion is working with people to heal from trauma, realise their worth and go from surviving to thriving. I apply both my life experience and professional skills in my work with you. I currently provide specialist counselling to Adults in the Darwin Region and can offer Telehealth Services Australia wide.

My Qualifications
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I partake in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure I am updating my skills and knowledge to deliver best quality services to those I work with. I am trained in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, couples counselling, anxiety and depression to name a few.

Referral Pathways and Fees
I currently work with adults and couples. I can provide telehealth services to anyone in Australia. Currently working in the Darwin Region.
Referral Pathways:
- EAP (LifeWorks/ Telushealth/ Benestar)
- Open Arms
- GP Mental Health Care Plan
- Self-Referral
Fees:
Sessions go for 60 minutes and cost $175. If being referred through Open Arms or EAP service, then there is no out of pocket expense.
Rebates:
Referrals with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP will be eligible for Medicare rebate for up to 10 counselling sessions per calendar year. Rebate is $85.20. Medicare Provider number 6540402H.
Couples Counselling:
Initial session costs $250 and goes for 90 minutes and includes an online assessment. Appointments thereafter are 60 minutes at $175. Unfortunately, no rebates available under Medicare.
Those with Private Health Insurance may be eligible for rebates however you will need to check with your provider regarding your coverage.
